MSOA is a board of referees that was formed to help guide, protect, and mentor soccer referees of the midlands area. We are here for every step of the process. We want to help you join the team, help you during the game, and do anything that may happen afterward. Our goal is to improve the soccer community and to give support to those for who the game would not be possible otherwise.
